Memorial sites & Documentation centres

Memorial sites are places where tragic events of the past and their victims are remembered. These sites form a link between the past and the present day and serve as a warning for the future. You can help keep the memory of these events alive by doing an internship at one of the many memorial sites. Berlin was the centre of two dictatorships and, therefore, hosts a comparatively large number of commemorative sites.
