Transcripts of Records

Transcripts of Records are not automatically issued at the Institute of History! This means that you must request a transcript before you leave the university.

 

How to request and receive your transcript:

  1. Successful completion of the courses is confirmed by the so-called “module forms.” At the end of the semester, these are signed by the instructors. You can find a sample form here. Transcripts can only be issued once all module forms, including grades, have been submitted. 
  2. Fill out the Transcript of Records. Please save the file as follows: Last Name, First Name_Transcript-Semester.

  3. Send the module forms as a PDF along with the transcript via email to erasmus.geschichte@hu-berlin.de.
  4. Your transcript will be reviewed and signed by the Erasmus Office and then sent to you via email.
